We stay in the charming town of Bundi, exploring its blue alleyways, forts and Hillside Lake, the romantic city of Udaipur exploring lakes, Fatehpur Sikri and the world famous Taj Mahal offer a glimpse of a softer side to North India's rich history.

Day 08 : In Udaipur – venice of the east
Wander through the narrow streets of the old town and visit the markets to experience the traditional culture and beauty of India. Here you can find myriads of handicrafts with heart touching beauty.
We spend the morning visiting the City Palace and Jagdish Temple, with a huge black stone image of Jagannath, an aspect of Lord Vishnu. If time allows it may be possible to visit the gardens of Gulab Bag. Enjoy a boat ride on Lake Piccholaand experience the true beauty of this "City of Lakes
Enroute visit The Chittorgarh Fort which has real time examples of the bravery of Rajputs. Chittorgarh is also the old capital of the kingdom of Mewar.
Go on safari, accompanied by a trained naturalist, and observe the abundant wildlife of the forest of Ranthambore, a former Maharaja's hunting ground. Experience the thrill of tracking the King of the Jungle - the tiger. You'll never forget the first time you see one!
Drive to Agra via FatehpurSikri. A long day yet rewarding. If time permits visit the Red Fort of Akbar, third of the Moghul Emperors.
